Laura B.- Estoy en frente de l’Adresse. ¿Tomamos un zumo?
Yo.- Síiiiiiiiiiii.
Dos minutos más tarde –l’Adresse está a una calle de mi casa– me encontraba, como quien no quiere la cosa, tomando zumo, cruasanes y café en l’Adresse. No estaba previsto. Iba muy liada, pero como soy fácil y con ellos me siento como en casa, a los 10 minutos ya me tenía sentada James.
Cada primavera voy loca con las trenzas, me encanta el look tirolés. Aprovechando que íbamos a tomar fotos, James me lo adaptó y me gustó tanto que repetiré.

Laura B.-I’m in front of L’Adresse. Shall we have a juice?
I say – Yessssssss.
Two minutes later – L’Adresse is a street away from my home – I found myself, just like that, having juice, croissants and coffee at L’Adresse. It wasn’t planned. I was very busy, but as I am easy, and with them I feel as at home, 10 minutes later James already had me sitting down.
Every spring I go crazy about plaits, I love the crown plait look. Taking advantage of the fact that we were going to take photos, James adapted it and I liked it so much that I will try it again.

“Muchas veces he pensado en la función que tienen realmente los sentidos en el ser humano”, nos cuenta Ramón Monegal en su libro “La Perfumista”, del que hablaremos algún día. Y prosigue: “Especialmente me llama la atención el olfato. Parece un sentido muy elemental, incluso vulgar, pero no es así… ¿Por qué si el hombre ha aprendido a expresarse a través de voces, gestos y miradas, no es capaz de hacerlo a través de los olores? El perfume, tal y como lo conocemos, parece una simple forma de deleite, un complemento de una personalidad. Pero está evolucionando…”
Me sumo a la idea de utilizar el perfume como una forma de comunicación adicional, racional, variada y adecuada a distintos momentos, situaciones, estilos y estados emocionales.
En su mundo de narraciones y matices olfativos encuentro mi código, la rosa, el amor, concentrado en un perfume: l’Eau de Rose.
Cuando cierro los ojos, su color es el rosa empolvado; su expresión máxima, la dulzura, la feminidad; y su gesto, una suave caricia aterciopelada.
Mi primavera hoy huele a amor…

“Many times I have thought about the role that the senses really have the for human beings”, Ramón Monegal tells us in his book “The Perfumer”, which we’ll talk about one day. And he continues: “The sense of smell particularly attracts my attention. It seems to be a very basic, even vulgar sense, but that isn’t so… If man has learned to express himself through voices, gestures and glances, why isn’t he capable of doing it through scents? Perfume, as we know, seems to be a simple form of delight, to complement our personality. But it is evolving…”
I agree with the idea of using the perfume as a way of additional communication, which is rational, varied and adapted to different times, situations, styles and emotional states.
In their world of stories and olfactory nuances I find my code, the rose, love, all concentrated in a perfume: l’Eau de Rose.
When I close my eyes, its colour is dusty pink; its maximum expression, the sweetness, femininity; and its gesture, a soft velvety touch.
My spring today smells like love…
